Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this leader will drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention by owning multi-channel growth strategies, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, and optimizing digital touchpoints through experimentation. Leveraging IBM's expanded capabilities, they'll manage a high-performing team to execute on ambitious revenue goals and expand free-to-paid user conversion across HashiCorp's PLG motion.
